With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Martin (Texarkana, Arkansas), who passed away on February 15, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen McCollum Martin; his son Terry Martin; and his siblings, Harold Martin, Edgar Martin, George Martin and Edna Hazen.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Merrie; his children-in-law, David Rivers of Texarkana, Arkansas, Sandra Martin and Karen Ward of Wichita Kansas; his grandchildren, Christie Rivers of Garner, Katrina Saindon of Wichita Kansas, Megan Wiley (Clinton) of Wichita Kansas, Jennifer Ward of Wichita Kansas, Kris Martin of Wichita and Michael Rivers (Rachel) of Texarkana, Arkansas; his brother Kenneth; and his sisters-in-law, Frieda Martin of Vinland, Kansas and Sadie Martin of Park City, Kansas. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; 6 sisters, and one brother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Buchanan First Baptist Church, 3635 Buchanan Loop Rd, Texarkana, Texas.
