He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Christopher Perkins; his wife Barbara Jean Thomas Perkins; his children, Terry Anthony Perkins, Jason Christopher, Carmen Perkins, Michael William, Staci Perkins, Kevin Owen, Shelly Perkins and Dana Michelle; his son-in-law Brent Hancock; and his sisters, Alice Ann Horne and Mary Lou Anderson. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
