He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Ray Birmingham and Mary Malderine Richey McCullough; his son Dion Birmingham; and his siblings, Richey McCullough and Vera Jean McCullough.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Birmingham of Magnolia, Jerald Birmingham of De Queen, Shannon Birmingham of De Queen and Rachel Smead of Texarkana; and his siblings, Eric Birmingham of Columbus, Jon Birmingham of Aikan, Steve McCullough of Houston, Jack McCullough of De Queen and Kay Dickey of Russellville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
