He is survived by: his wife Denise T Lewis; his children, Angela Moore (Donald Sr), Rodger Lewis and Jiashia Henderson (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Teasha Mohammed (Jamil), Nikkia Conley (Anton) and Shante'Turner (Jeff); and his siblings, Marie Johnson (Aurora Ca), Eliza Matilda Woodside (Texarkana Tx), Esther Lewis, Charles Lewis (Richmond Va), Carrie Sims (Los Angeles Ca), Jimmy Lewis and Gwendolyn Lewis (Chino Ca). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
