He is survived by: his mother Barbara Santifer Miner of Texarkana; his brother Dr. Quinton Miner Jr.; his wife Stacey of New Orleans; his aunts, Cindy Miner Waits of Texarkana, Arkansas, Shirley Santifer Lane and Pat Santifer; and his uncle Charles Santifer of Texarkana. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
