He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Lance and Ann Lance; his brothers, Dannie Mark Lance and Bobby Lee Lance; and his close friend Torry.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Lance, Daniel Lance, Russell Lance, Jessica Lopez and Crystal Lance; and his siblings, Don Lance of Ashdown, Arkansas, Carol Lance of Galesburg, Kathrine Lockridge of Bay St, Julia Christian of Prescott and Laurie Gratzinger of Texarkana, Arkansas.
