It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Fuller of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband William Thomas Fuller (Bill); her son Andrew; her daughter-in-law Laura Fuller; her grandchildren, Ryan of Texarkana and Graham of Texarkana; her great grandchild Whitney Hanna; her brother Duvall Moore; and also, Brennan of DeKalb and Allie of San Angelo. She is also survived by many friends and other relatives.
