He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newman and Ginger Newman; and his brother David Newman. He is survived by: his daughter Nina Newman; the mother of his child Alice Searcy; his sister Nancy Lacy; his nephews, Josh and Caleb; his brother Tommy; his sister-in-law Caralyn Newman; his sister Elizabeth Newman Kidd; his brother-in-law Kevin Kidd; and his nieces, Hannah and Grace. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
