He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wormington and Elizabeth Wormington; his sister Martha Lee Wormington; and his parents-in-law, Foy and Louise Huskey.
He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Julie Wormington of Texarkana, Arkansas; his daughter Shelly; his son-in-law Sam Lindsey of Newton, Alabama; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Gaye Wormington of Trinity; and his caregiver Sue Wormington of Texarkana, Arkansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
