With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Orr of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on July 5, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Orr of Texarkana; his daughter Nancy; his son-in-law Brian Harris of Texarkana; his son David Orr of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren, David Orr, Jr. (Laura) of Texarkana, Matt Orr of Berlin, Germany and Will Harris of Texarkana; and his great grandchildren, Ellison, Ollie and Adley Orr.
