He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Crouse and Nora Crouse; his siblings, Marie Crouse and Earl Crouse; and his father-in-law Billy Smith.

He is survived by: his nephew Nathan Buswell; his wife Donna Crouse; his daughter Katina; his son-in-law Jonathan Posey; his son B. J. Crouse; his sisters, Joann McVey and Linda; his brother-in-law Jim Buswell; his brother Wade Crouse; and his sister-in-law Rose Ireland. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, and a number of other friends and family.
