She was predeceased by: her children, Michael Mauldin and Sandra Mauldin Pynes. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Mauldin; her daughter Lorna Brine of Texarkana; her son-in-law Steve Brine of Texarkana; and her granddaughters, Toni Brine Crowder, Keri Brine Shaw, Nicole Jenkins Peavy, Hollie Jenkins Sims, Madison Pynes Reel, Caitlyn Pynes Giles and Jordan Pynes Ames. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and a number of special nieces and nephews.
Before Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease altered her way of life, Billie enjoyed camping, traveling, painting, working puzzles and playing cards.
