Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Ann Rayburn of Texarkana, Arkansas, born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 78, on December 21, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Orihuela and Evelyn Orihuela; and her siblings, Eunice Jeans and Jay Doris. She is survived by: her husband Harvey E. Rayburn, Jr. of Texarkana, Arkansas; her children, Bill Rayburn of Dallas, James Rayburn (Shellie) of Texarkana, Linda Rayburn of Texarkana and Elizabeth Rayburn (Georgios Tagkalos) of Chicago, Illinois; and her siblings, Debbie Brandon and Tony Orihuela of Texarkana, Texas. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
