She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Forte (Ricky) and Ellen Foreman (Doug); her granddaughters, Amy Forte, Sydney Miller (Michael), Mariel Stage (Tyler) and Abbey Foreman; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Miller, Caroline Miller and Henry Stage.
