She was predeceased by: her husband E. C. Neal; her daughter Renea Epperson; her parents, Alton Kitchens and Robbie Lee Kitchens; and her sister Bernita Kitchens.
She is survived by: her children, Kay (Billy White) and Brian (Veronica Neal); her siblings, Debbie (Paul Wanek), Lamar (Cecilia Kitchens) and Charlie Kitchens; her grandchildren, Derek White, Hollie (Jeff Wiswall) and Sydney Neal; and her great grandchildren, Charity, Gavin, Waylon White, Landrie Wiswall and Austin Wiswall. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
