She is survived by: her children, Keith Perry of Taylor, Arkansas and Karen Mushinski (Allen) of Argyle, Texas; and her grandsons, Austin Mushinski of Ft. Worth, Texas, Parker Mushinski of Ft. Worth, Texas and Connor Mushinski of Ft. Worth, Texas. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
