She is survived by: her father William Alvis Kirkpatrick; her husband William Paul Higgins of Taylor, Arkansas; her children, Jacob Higgins and Blair Matlock (Jarred Matlock); her brother William Dane Kirkpatrick; and her grandchildren, Gage Matlock, Asher Matlock, Skylin Matlock and Lisa Bland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
