He is survived by: his friend Cleo (Thelma); his nephew Little Jay Knapp (Andrea); his caregiver Lorna Mesenhimer; his stepdaughter Vickie Harvey of New Mexico; his friends, Bill Holt of Arkansas, Rodney, Evelyn Grey and Shirley Lem of Arkansas; his cousin Kathy (Ricky Lee); his stepsister Tina; his friend Eddie Hensley (Cleo Schrank-Kline); and also Evelyn.
