He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Higgins Rogers; his children, Jason Samuel Rogers (Aprill) of White Hall, AR, Jeffery Wayne Rogers (Amanda) of Taylor, AR and Jennifer Marie Rogers of Taylor, AR; his sister Sandra Oney of Crosby, TX; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Barron, Bailee, Sammy, Jack, Travis, Olivia, A. J. and Peyton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
