He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Malone and Mildred Malone; his siblings, Forrest Malone, Roger Malone, Ruby Snyder and Marie Wood; and his children, Sandra Malone and Randy Malone.
He is survived by: his wife Dot Malone of Taylor, Arkansas; his children, Herbert "Lee" Malone Jr. of Texarkana, Arkansas, Terri L. Malone of Texarkana, Arkansas, Dennis Malone of Marianna, Arkansas and Steven Malone of Texarkana, Arkansas; his siblings, Francis Dennis of Houston, Texas, Carolyn Cowart of Stuttgart, Arkansas and Bobby Malone of DeWitt, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Megan Johnson of Texarkana, Arkansas, Nicholas Arman of St. Louis, Missouri and Hailie Arman of St. Louis, Missouri; and his great grandchild Aedyn Johnson of Texarkana. He is also survived by friends and other relatives.
