It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertie Mae Nations of Taylor, Arkansas, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Umphries and Girtrude Rhae Umphries; her husband Doyle Hugh Nations; and her son Jerry Wayne Nations. She is survived by: her daughter Gwen Patrick of Taylor, AR; her grandchildren, Randy Pool of Springhill, LA and Sheri Thomas of Sarepta, LA; her great grandchildren, Hannah Berry, Brandi Newton, Elayna Pool, Jilli Pool and Ian Pool; and her great great grandchild Jasper O'Shea Taylor.
