He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Delmage Taylor Sr. and Roby Lee Taylor (Keith); his son Kerry Taylor; and his sisters, Irma Lee Bissell and Judy Taylor.

He is survived by: his children, Greg Taylor of Taylor, Arkansas and Kim Hart (Perry) of Rodessa, Louisiana; and his siblings, Paul Taylor of Walker Creek, Arkansas, Liz Creech (Phil) of Stamps and Doris Caswell (Lamar) of Baker, Florida.
