He is survived by: his wife Lisa Tubbs (Garrison); his children, Dustin Church (Jillian) of Swifton, Stewart Tubbs (Kelsey) of Smartsville, Travis Church (Jamie) of Swifton, Brandy Tubbs (Michael Schulz), Alisha Rogers (Shane) of Tuckerman, Elita Lane (James) of Wichita, Kansas and Michelle Swim (Anthony) of Horn Lake, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Gunner, Chase, Harley, Ethan, Colby, Tyler, Aaron, Trace, Cole, Zeke, Zane, Easton, Matthew, Johnnie, Payden and Madelyn; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Elayna, Chyler, Carter, Olivia, Cade, Micah, Nash, Brixton, Cooper, Corbin and Oakley; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Irwin of Batesville and Mendy Dinsmore of Sutton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, caregivers; and a lifetime of friends.
