He is survived by: his wife Ann Church (Johnson); his siblings, Jerry Church (Michelle) and Joyce Scroggins; his children, Ricky Church (Malinda), Angela Forehand (Paul) and Vicky Morgan; his grandchildren, Ashley Decker (Cody), Amber Wilson (Eric), Bridgett Segraves, Derek Abbott (Jessica), Shawn Segraves, Dustin Church (Jillian), Travis Church (Jamie), Mathew Church (Chelsey) and Chris Bates; his great grandchildren, Paul Jacob Forehand (Paige), Brayden Lee Forehand, Carson Forehand, Lucas Forehand, Zeke Church, Zane Church, Camden Bates, Connor Bates, Alex Bates, Abigail, Aderanne Decker, Madelyn Church, Aubrey Forehand, Adrianna Bates and Emma Wilson; his great great grandchildren, Zion Forehand and William Caves; and his nephew Phill. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews; and many other friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the House-Gregg Funeral Home (215 SW 3rd St, Walnut Ridge, AR 72476). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
