He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Duncan and Opal Duncan (Long); his wife Pat Duncan; his son Bill Duncan; and his siblings, Lehman Duncan and Helen Roberts.
He is survived by: his sons, Deral Duncan of Swifton, Chester Duncan of Darden and Mark Duncan; and his sister Neda Hickman of Mt. Vernon, Arkansas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
