He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Mothershed and Virgie Mothershed (Terry); and his sister Lula Robinson. He is survived by: his children, Donald Winston Mothershed (Tracy) of Paragould and April Mothershed of Bland, Missouri; his grandchildren, Cody Mothershed (Falisha), Devan Mothershed, Meagan Mothershed, Demaris Mothershed, Mollie Mothershed and Drifter Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Landree, Ryker, Gideon, Amalia, Isabelle, Steven and Bruce.
