He is survived by: his children, Charles Duane Shown (Gwen) of Swifton, Debbie Parks (John) of Swifton and Sharon Wood of Swifton; and his close friend Sherry Robinson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends.
