He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Allen and Vivian June Setzer (Burris); and his siblings, Terry Lee Setzer and Sharla Rose Setzer. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Eric of Mountain Home; his sisters, Linda Casteel (Bob) of Summit, Brenda Carter of Valley Springs and Paula Colton (Mike) of Compton; and his grandchildren, Aiden Setzer and Brenton Setzer.
