We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2023, at the age of 46, Tiffany Ann Toan of Summers, Arkansas, born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Elizabeth, Paul Zimpher Sr. and Mabel Villiard; and her granddaughter Abigail Grace Robinson. She is survived by: her parents, Merlyn Villiard and Dee Villiard of Summers, AR; her husband Fred Toan Jr.; her daughters, Victoria Robinson (Nate) of Siloam Springs, AR, Elizabeth Fleig (Seth) of Watts, OK and Hallie Burden; her sister Tammy Engle (John) of Siloam Springs, AR; her nephew Luke Engle (Blake) of Siloam Springs, AR.; and her grandchildren, Henry and Natalie Robinson of Siloam Springs, AR..

Also, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Covenant Church in Siloam Springs, AR, to help with projects.
