She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Smith (Alvin Barnes) of Fayetteville, Janie Burnett of Summers and Lynette Wasson of Summers, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Darrell Triden, Kristin Smith, Daniel Cinkoski and Michael Hutchins (Collin Stancomb); and her brother Jim Hayes (Shirley) of Harrison, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
