He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Elias and Agnes Lorene Pickney (Kildow); and his siblings, Gilbert Pickney, Ralph Vernon Pickney, Harold Boyd Pickney and Verma Linebaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Daniel; his children, Allen Pickney, Matthew Pickney (Kara), Robert Campbell (Natasha), Wendy Emery (Curtis) and Stephanie Williams (Chris); and his brothers, Delbert Pickney, Darrell Pickney (Faye) and Melvin Pickney (Rhonda). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
