Burns of Keithville, LA; his daughters, Donna Kelly of Dallas, TX, Vicki Clay of Cedartown, GA, Jamie Pope of Keithville, LA, Shelly Smith of Shreveport, LA and Jill K. Burns of Shreveport; and his significant other Betty Tullis. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
