He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Middleton and Ruby Payne Middleton; his wife Aldean Middleton; his son Troy Middleton; and his siblings, Harley Middleton, Morris Middleton and Lorene Blasingame.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Middleton (Opal) of Sulphur Rock, Jerry Middleton (Cindy), Sheril Middleton of Batesville, Greg Middleton (Suzanne) of Canyon, Texas and Nelda Roddy of Sulphur Rock; and his sister Doris Middleton of Beebe. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
