He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Justice and Martha Justice (Stone); and his siblings, Terry Justice, Brenda Justice, Lora Norris and Crystal Wilson.

He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Justice; his children, Jeremy Justice (April) of Batesville, Jessica Calvin (Darnal) of Ward and Jennifer Justice of Cherokee Village; and his sister Linda Holley of Velvet Ridge. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
