He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert and Lorene "Toots" Sisco (DeArmon); and his sister Doris Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Viola; his children, Andrea Martin (Andrew) of Albine, TX and Kim Cline (Garry Joplin) of Doniphan, MO; his sister Cloyce Dean Eagy of Crowley, CO; his grandchildren, Ethan Martin, Kaleigh Martin, Madison Griffin (Jordan), Tayler Cline (Antonin Kovanda), Makayla Harber (JonDavid) and Ethan Cline (Makenna McGee); and his great grandchildren, Rowen and Camden Harber. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
