He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lewis and Marilyn Lewis (Colley) of Success, Arkansas.; and his nephew Matthew Lewis Young. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Kelly and Greta Lewis of Little Rock; his granddaughter Hannah Kelly; his sister Kim Young of Paragould, Arkansas; his nephew Curt Young (Tara) of Jonesboro; his great-niece Julia Young; his great-nephew Joseph Young; his aunt Carolyn Huber (Colley); and his friend Linda Malone (Ruth Schaa). He is also survived by several relatives, classmates.
