He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lux and Anna Lux (Forst) of Subiaco, AR.; his son-in-law Rob Sharum; his grandson Christopher Gallant; his daughter Karen; and his son-in-law Lenny Blaschke.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Julia Lux (Seiter) of Morrison's Bluff; his children, Mary Beth (Lenny Sever), Bill (Deanna Lux), Paul (Debbie Lux), Janie Sharum of Fort Smith and Sarah (Steve Gallant); and his sister Berta Proctor of Jacksonville. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
