He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bernard Forst and Theresa Marie Forst (Hug); and his brothers, Raymond, Winfred and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Forst (Robinson); his son Jonathan Forst (Jessica) of Pea Ridge; his stepson Tim Etzkorn (Claudia) of Subiaco; his siblings, Theresa Stengel (Jim) of Paris, Jeanette Vogelpohl (Sid) of Paris, Alice Wortham (Bryan) of Park Hill, Oklahoma, Harold Forst (Bertha) of Tulsa, Jim Forst (Marsha) of Catoosa and David Forst of Subiaco; and his granddaughters, Zoe, Olivia and Nora Forst.
