He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Carter of New Jersey and Duncan Carter (Taylor); his grandchild Riley of New Jersey; his son Evan Carter of New Jersey; his brother Joseph Bradford Carter (Melanie) of Oak Ridge; and also Marie Remer (Justin) of Fort Smith.
