He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Bernard and Freda Forst (Borgerding); and his siblings, Margaret Enderlin, Adolph Forst and Bernie Forst.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Forst (Konert) of Subiaco; his children, Debbie Siebenmorgen (Ronnie) of New Blaine, Ronald Forst (Candy) of Scranton, Donald Forst (Lora) of Subiaco, Bobby Forst (Anita) of Subiaco and Douglas Forst (Denise) of Prairie View; and his siblings, Hilda Spahn of Van Buren, Sister Maria Francesca of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Herman Forst of Subiaco. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
