He is survived by: his parents, Richard Lowrance of Cave City and Nancy Phillips (Roberts) of Subiaco; his children, Blazeden of Clarksville, Blandon of Clarksville, Brighton Lowrance of Clarksville, Brailey of Arizona and Jasmine of Arkansas; his siblings, Richard of Subiaco, Jimmy of Subiaco, Lucky Lowrance of Subiaco, Bonnie Relaford of Altus, Rachel Robinson of Scranton and Starrla Caldwell of New Blaine; and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn and Kaylee Phillips.
