She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde McCombs and Martha McCombs (Luman); her husband Edward A. "Shorty" Hertlein; and her siblings, Harold McCombs, Burl McCombs, Jearl McCombs, Kenneth McCombs, Bruce McCombs, Jerry McCombs, Elewese Nixon, Anna Mae Askins, Selma Spicer and Edna Leatherwood.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hertlein (Raven) of Subiaco, Arkansas and Donna Neumeier (Bob) of Ratcliff, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Sarah Tapley (TJ), Rob Neumeier (Melanie), Zach Neumeier (Jean), Martha Neumeier, Ethan Miller, Shawn Hertlein and Ethan Hertlein; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Neumeier, Dawson Neumeier, Levi Tapley and Eloise Neumeier. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
