He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rule and Ida Rule (Denton); his son Greg; and his siblings, Nancy Rule DeLaPaz, Wallace, Phillip and Steve Rule.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rule; his daughter Gwen; his son-in-law Tom Rockwood of Rogers; his grandchildren, Adam, Jack and Kate Rockwood of Rogers; his pet Freckles; his caregiver Jancy Mojica; his brothers, John Rule of Fayetteville and David Rule (Lola) of Omaha; and his close friends, Steve, Debbie Elliott of Searcy, John and Susan Cash of Newton, Mississippi..
