He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Baker and Alva Smith Baker; his son Jeffery Thomas Baker; and his sister Dorothy Lee Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Baker; his daughters, Libby Beliew and Tiffany Riddell (Whitney) of Crocketts Bluff; his grandsons, Alex Wilson and Cameron Beliew; and his sister Barbara Jean McGilton (Arnold) of Crocketts Bluff. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
