He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Siems. He is survived by: his father Edwin Curtis; his wife Terri; his children, Britney Curtis of Stuttgart, Christen Moss of Stuttgart and Tiffany Kagegein (Justin) of Stuttgart; his grandchildren, Chase Curtis, Jon Cameron Curtis, Callie Curtis, Ashten Moss, Pierce Moss and Hailey Jo Kagebein; and his sister Patricia Thurman (Mike). He is also survived by seven grand dogs.
His family requests memorials to the Museum of the Arkansas Grand Prairie, 912 E. Fourth St., Stuttgart, Ark. 72160, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
