He is survived by: his daughter Krystal Jones of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Quan, Aniyah, Mariyah, Shaniya and Kensley; his siblings, Melvin Starks (late Florence), Rickey Starks (late Burnestine) of Humphrey, AR, Michael Starks of Humphrey, AR, Debbie Starks-Brown (late Robert), Jennifer Starks-Davis (Steve) of Tallahassee, FL and Sylvia Starks-Brown (Anthony) of Sherwood, AR; his brother-in-law Fredrick Redus (late Hattie) of Sherwood, AR; his close friend Linda Spring; and his cousins, Linda Jones of Humphrey, AR and Gary Lindsey of Benton, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
