She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelsey "Pete" Lentz and Vida Hubbard Lentz; and her sister Mary Lentz Cupps. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Cullipher; her sons, Mark Salmon (Tiffy) and Christopher Kelly Salmon (Kim); her stepchildren, Carrie Simpson (Brian) and Casey Cullipher (Michal); and her sisters, Betty Lentz, Marie Hill (Jimmy) and Jan Sponer (Mark). She is also survived by nine granddaughters and one great-granddaughter.
