It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Richard Jenkins of Stuttgart, Arkansas, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jenkins; and his brother James Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Everlean Jenkins of Stuttgart, AR; his sister Arlinda Jenkins of Quincy, IL; and his cousin Wanda Bell of Quincy, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
