She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Luebker and Edris Luebker; her former husband Jim Collier; her husband Mike Havlik; her son-in-law Bruce Kizzire; and her stepdaughter Tami Havlik.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Collier (Melinda) of Stuttgart, Debra Kizzire (Gary) of Stuttgart and Angie Gore (Jeff) of Stuttgart; her stepson Todd Havlik (Brandy) of Stuttgart; her siblings, Wayne Luebker (Mae Ann) of Romance, James Luebker (Debbie) of Stuttgart, David Luebker (Sylvia) of Little Rock and Barbara McCarley (Robert) of Conway; her grandchildren, Melissa McCarty (Chris), Peyton Kizzire, Heather Montgomery (Tony), Kaley Fouts (Dan), Jillian Bell (Blake) and Jordan Collier (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Meritt McCarty, Emma McCarty and Haiden Montgomery.
All attendees must wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines.
Her family requests memorials be made to Holy Rosary Catholic Church or Holy Rosary Catholic School.
