He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Viola Dwiggins and Odes Elbert Dwiggins; and his brother Jimmy Dwiggins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ridgdell Dwiggins; his children, Stephen Dwiggins (Beth) of Fort Smith, Sharon House (Troy) of Stuttgart and Richard Dwiggins (April) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Lucas House (Cody) of Gould, Tori Raab (David) of Stuttgart, Christopher Dwiggins of Fort Smith, Becca and Leslie Dixon of Little Rock; and his brothers, Gerald Dwiggins and Terry Dwiggins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
